To do something well you have to love what you do, and I love coaching and seeing how powerful it is in helping people change their lives and grow their businesses. Working with entrepreneurs and owner-managers to manage personal goals and business objectives, and with individuals who want to find out what to do next and how to enjoy their lives, my experience has evidenced the effectiveness of coaching as a tool for change.

My working background has afforded me a broad knowledge of all aspects of the business environment, from IT and finance to sales, marketing, project management and governance. Both in my own business journey and working as a mentor with GWE Businesswest, I have experience of various market sectors including IT and telecoms, funding, property, and environmental markets, mentoring business owners and leaders to facilitate organisational change and development and strategy planning.

The personal coaching I do with individuals to facilitate personal development and change both in their private and career environments, focuses on outcomes and solutions challenging issues from low self-esteem to work/life balance. My aim is to support people to rediscover their passions and strengths and the enthusiasm and commitment to set goals that will make them happy and fulfilled.

As Enterprise Coach for the Young Entrepreneur Society I get a huge buzz from seeing young people overcome obstacles, building entrepreneurial skills and independent thinking and getting the motivation to follow their dreams. Volunteer coaching with Cirencester College Academy students and with Inner Flame, a charity running residential courses for young people, gives me the opportunity to see real results when young people uncover their true potential, build confidence and take their lives forward the way they want.
